Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must have been purchased directly from puuringrid.com
• Only one unit per product type per customer is eligible for refund
• Products may be gently used or opened
• Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Return shipping instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
